costs?
• Yes! During the checkout
process, choose "local pickup" as your shipping option at no extra
cost. Then email or call us to schedule a pickup time.

cannot find a specific product on your
website; does this mean it is no longer available through your store?
• No, due to agreements
with certain publishers, there are some resources that are not listed
on our website. These resources can be ordered by calling us toll-free at 1-888-785-4448.
We try to keep our website current, but at any given
time, there are usually new resources that have not been listed online
yet. If you can't find it, ask! Chances are that we have it or can

Can
I order an item if it is out of stock?
• All out-of-stock items
can be purchased by calling us toll-free at 1-888-785-4448. Most
backordered items will ship out within 2 weeks of placing an order.
How
soon can I expect to receive my order?
• When time allows, we try
to ship out orders within one business day. However, please allow 1-2
weeks to receive your order (2-3 weeks during April, May, June, and
December). If you need your order by a certain date, please make a note
in the
customer comment section when checking out online, or place your order
by
phone to discuss shipping options.
Will
I be charged sales tax on my order?
• By law, we are required
to collect Texas use tax of 6.25% on all orders shipped to a Texas
address
and Missouri sales tax of 7.825% on all orders shipped to a
Missouri address or picked up in Missouri.
