costs?
• Yes! During the checkout
process, choose "local pickup" as your shipping option at no extra
cost. Then email or call us to schedule a pickup time.
I
cannot find a specific product on your
website; does this mean it is no longer available through your store?
• No, due to agreements
with certain publishers, there are some resources that are not listed
on our website. These resources can be ordered by calling us toll-free at 1-888-785-4448.
We try to keep our website current, but at any given
time, there are usually new resources that have not been listed online
yet. If you can't find it, ask! Chances are that we have it or can

When
I checked out online, several items had disappeared out of my cart, and
now your website says they are backordered. What happened?
• Items in your shopping
cart may be purchased by another customer while you are still shopping.
Limited quantity products may be sold out by the time you begin the
checkout process. Items are not removed from inventory and "claimed" by
you until you begin the checkout process. If the item is just
backordered, we would be happy to assist you in adding the item to your
order, but in
the case of discontinued or out-of-print items, some products may no
longer be available.
Can
I order an item if it is out of stock?
• Out-of-stock items
can usually be purchased by calling us toll-free at 1-888-785-4448.
Most
backordered items will ship out within 2 weeks of placing an order. In
the case of discontinued or out-of-print items, some products may no
longer be available.
How
soon can I expect to receive my order?
• When time allows, we try
to ship out orders within one business day. However, please allow extra
time when ordering during our busy season (April-June, and
December). If you need your order by a certain date, please make a note
in the
customer comment section when checking out online, or place your order
by
phone to discuss shipping options. We will do our best to accomodate
your needs.
Will
I be charged sales tax on my order?
• By law, we are required
to collect Texas use tax of 6.25% on all orders shipped to a Texas
address
and Missouri sales tax of 7.825% on all orders shipped to a
Missouri address or picked up in Missouri.

Where
do I enter a coupon code? Can I use more than one coupon code on my
order?
• Coupon codes can be
entered at the bottom of your shopping cart page before beginning the
checkout process. Only one coupon code may be used per order. If you
receive an error message, please verify that you have entered the
coupon code correctly and that the coupon code has not expired. If you
need additional help, please make a note in the customer comments
section during the checkout process or contact

Can
I change my order once I have submitted it?
• If your order has not

What
is your return policy?
• We stand behind our
products 100%, so if you are not fully satisfied, you are welcome to
return products in new original condition for a complete refund of the
